We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and select international destinations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • International: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and hygienic liners must be intact

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
